cupcake series intro

i've been working really hard to get my ultimate cupcakes down pack. the usuals; chocolate, yellow cake, carrot, white cake and red velvet.
So i decided the time was right to start a series. my very first series.
now that is very important!
in the next couple weeks I'll be posting the best chocolate, yellow, red velvet and carrot cupcake recipes. I've working super hard, writing recipes, testing, re-writing, having my family review them and so on and so forth!

through the cries of my families, i set a rule. for all of the taste-testing, these cupcakes are served without frosting. I wanted to make sure that they could stand alone. and until they were perfect, I refused to quit.

so here i am. ready to go! this was the most fun i've had in a while in the kitchen and i've made sure that these are all perfection. ready to go!
